End User License Agreement (EULA)
This document sets out the Terms and Conditions for all apps, games, and websites developed and owned by Playground AI Image Generator(("Playground AI Image Generator(, "we", "our products", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the trust you place in our products. Please read our Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement (EULA) carefully. Agreement Overview
By using our apps or websites, you agree to be bound by this legal agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to use our products. Your use constitutes your acceptance of these terms and confirms that you are authorized to bind yourself or any party you represent to this Agreement. You are also agreeing to comply with applicable laws and regulations when using our products.
If you process personal data from residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), Playground AI Image Generator(’ Data Processing Addendum (DPA) applies in addition to this Agreement. In the case of conflict between the DPA and this Agreement, the DPA will govern.
From time to time, we may update this Agreement. Continued use of our products after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Please check this Agreement periodically to stay informed. We may discontinue any part of our products, or your access to them, at any time without notice or liability.
Prohibited Uses
You are not permitted to use our products for any unlawful activities under U.S. or other applicable laws. Any misuse or violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our products, with or without notice. We reserve the right to terminate your access for any reason.
License Grant:
Subject to and conditioned upon your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including payment of any applicable fees, our products hereby grants to You a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use our products until terminated by our products. Neither title nor any intellectual property rights are transferred to you, but rather remain with our products, who owns full and complete title, and our products reserves all rights not expressly granted to you. The rights granted herein are non-transferable and are limited to our products' intellectual property rights in our products and do not include any other patents or intellectual property rights. The Agreement herein grants you permission to use our products on one device that you own or control – including Android or Android devices – at a time; you may not make our products available over a network where it could be used on multiple devices at the same time. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to use our products' proprietary interfaces and other intellectual property in the design, development, manufacture, licensing or distribution of third-party devices and accessories for use with our products. Any use of our products in any manner not allowed under this Agreement or the LAEULA (as defined below), including, without limitation, resale, transfer, modification or distribution of our products or copying or distribution of text, pictures, music, video, data, hyperlinks, displays and other content provided by our products is prohibited. This Agreement does not entitle you to receive and does not obligate our products to provide hard-copy documentation, support, telephone assistance, or enhancements or updates to our products. You may not modify, alter, copy, publicly display or perform, distribute, create derivative works, of our products. This Agreement is effective until terminated.
Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from our products if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon the termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of our products.
Your Data
We do not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers unless explicitly provided by you (e.g., in support requests). Any personal information shared with us will be treated confidentially and used solely to address your request. We will not share this information with third parties. You may request the deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
For apps displaying advertisements, we may collect non-personal data such as unique device identifiers (e.g., Google Advertiser ID) for personalized ads outside the European Union (EU). In the EU, non-personalized ads are displayed after obtaining user consent. You can limit ad tracking by adjusting your device settings or contacting the ad providers listed below.
Cookies
Playground AI Image Generator does not set cookies on your device. However, third-party ad or analytics providers may use cookies, and you may opt out via their respective opt-out links.
Internet Permissions
Our apps may request internet access to download content, display advertisements, provide links to other apps, or collect anonymous usage information for analytics.
In-App Purchases
Some apps may offer in-app purchases. These purchases are subject to the same terms outlined in this Agreement.
Social Media Integration
Our apps may allow users to share content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. We do not collect any information from your social media accounts through these interactions.
Non-Advertising Based Apps
For apps that do not feature third-party advertising, the aforementioned provisions related to ad tracking and ad providers do not apply.
Data Sharing with Authorities
In cases of fraud or illegal activities, Playground AI Image Generator may share data with other companies or public authorities in compliance with legal requests. We may also disclose data with your consent or if it is necessary to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.
Opting Out
If you prefer not to share your IP address or mobile advertising ID for ad targeting, you can either stop using the apps or make in-app purchases to remove ads. In the EU, we only show non-personalized ads based on user consent.
Age Restrictions
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, please refrain from providing any personal information. If we become aware of such data collection, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe that a child under 13 has provided personal data should contact us at amir15403@gmail.com.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting changes on this page. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our products signifies your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
